Corza Eye is the ophthalmology brand within Corza Medical's wider group of specialist surgical and healthcare brands, serving clinicians, healthcare providers, and distributors with large product catalogues and long customer lifecycles.
The business held extensive customer and order data within internal systems, but it wasn't accessible to customers. There was no modern, customer-friendly digital experience. Customers had limited visibility of their order history. Information sat fragmented across different systems. Internal teams relied on manual processes to support queries. And the digital experience didn't reflect Corza's best-in-class brand positioning.
Any solution needed to integrate with existing platforms without destabilising core systems or creating duplication.
