The Problem
DCYPHER is reinventing cosmetics with its AI-driven ‘Skin Tone Analyser,’ offering made-to-order foundations for every skin tone. But their ecommerce platform wasn’t keeping up. The website couldn’t fully support the analyser’s functionality, which meant customers couldn’t create accounts, save matches or easily check out.
Behind the scenes, manual processes for orders, shipping and returns absorbed team time and created friction. And with international demand growing fast, the site wasn’t equipped to adapt, lacking currency localisation, technical SEO optimisation and scalability.
