The Problem
Keycraft is a global B2B wholesaler of pocket money toys, supplying garden centres, leisure venues and museums. While the brand is known for colour and creativity, their digital experience was falling short.
Customers across the UK and France couldn’t easily find products, see accurate stock levels or complete orders. Internally, sales reps were limited by a restrictive app and call centre teams relied on clunky systems that made simple tasks slow and manual. None of it was connected to Keycraft’s Netsuite ERP, which meant product and order data had to be updated by hand. That wasted time and increased the risk of errors.
To support global growth, the business needed more than just a better website. It needed a platform that could serve multiple audiences, reflect the energy of the brand and connect directly with operations.
The Solution
We built a single platform that worked across regions and audiences. The site was multilingual, visually engaging and flexible enough to meet the needs of B2B buyers and internal teams alike.
Navigation and product search were rebuilt around real user behaviour, making it easier to browse, filter and find the right products quickly. We added an interactive display stand builder to help retailers customise in-store layouts with toy selections that matched their audience and business needs.
Sales reps and call centre teams gained a streamlined, purpose-built interface. Reps could manage customer accounts, plan routes and create quotes directly from the site. Support teams had better tools to handle orders and resolve queries faster, with less manual work getting in the way.
Finally, we integrated the site with Netsuite ERP using native APIs. Stock levels, customer pricing and order tracking now stay accurate and up to date for both customers and internal teams.
The Results
Keycraft’s new website does more than look the part. It improves the customer experience, simplifies internal workflows and gives the team the tools to work smarter. It’s a platform built for growth, with a brand experience that feels true to who they are.
