If we think there's a fit, we'll have a casual conversation to get to know you and let you ask questions.

We'll set you a short task to present to some of the people you'd be working with. It's a chance to show how you think and to get a feel for the team.

Decision

We'll let you know either way, usually within a week of your final interview.
