How we hire.
We like to keep things straightforward.

You apply.
Send us your CV and a cover letter that tells us why you’re interested. Skip the corporate clichés, just be yourself.
2.
Initial chat.
If we think there’s a fit, we’ll have a casual conversation to get to know you and let you ask questions.
3.
Task and team.
We’ll set you a short task to present to some of the people you’d be working with. It’s a chance to show how you think and to get a feel for the team.
4.
Decision.
We’ll let you know either way, usually within a week of your final interview.
